If you need to make any changes or add any paid sessions or other options to your registration, please log back into the registration system and make your additions or changes.
A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $199.00 per night plus tax. To secure the group rate, contact the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort no later than June 30, 2020. Call 866-261-6161 and ask for the Accredited Snow Contractors Association (ASCA) Executive Summit rate.
One night deposit is due at time of booking and if the guest must cancel they must do so prior to 12:00 pm 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit
Registrants may pick up name badge credentials and conference materials at the 2020 ASCA Executive Summit registration desk beginning on Wednesday, July 29th from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, July 30th from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., and on Friday, July 31st from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and either faxed or e-mailed to the 2020 ASCA Executive Summit. Voice mails will not be accepted. Please see your confirmation email for further information. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be provided if received prior to September 18, 2020. No refunds will be issued after September 18, 2020 or for no shows.
Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place.
On-site registrations are accepted on a space available basis only.
Please Note: The 2020 ASCA Executive Summit is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
